● Polyurea grease is a type of grease containing a polyurea thickener, especially suitable for high temperature and high speed environments.
● Excellent water resistance and oxidative stability compared to other common greases.
● Excellent corrosion stability on a wide range of metals
● Preferred grease for low noise applications due to the absence of soap thickeners.
● Excellent lubricating and protective properties under severe operating conditions.
● Excellent thixotropy (shear thinning), ideal for centralised lubrication systems.
● Excellent oxidative stability and longer service life than other greases (e.g. lithium greases), in some cases up to 50% longer retention of performance.
● Available in NLGI grades 2,and 3 to meet the requirements of different applications.

Application

HS polyurea greases typically offer high temperature performance, inherent oxidation resistance, excellent water resistance, good mechanical stability, and can exhibit high shear stability or thixotropy. This makes them the preferred choice for lifetime filling applications in bearings and isotropic universal joints, and increases their importance in steel mills and electric motors.

● Suitable for ball and roller bearings in all applications.
● Steel mill roll tracking through continuous lubrication systems for high heat and water intrusion applications.
● Automotive/highway and other CV joints.
● High speed fan bearings and spindles.
● Lifetime sealing applications such as motor bearings, steering racks and u-joints.

Usage Notice
1. Place the grease in a ventilated room with suitable temperature. Prevent dust and impurities from entering after opening, and cover the barrel after use.
2. Clean the lubricated area before use and do not mix it with other greases.
3. Do not use after heating and melting. Avoid bringing in water and impurities when loading grease.

Package
1.250g/500g/1kg in plastic bag /cartridge/plastic pail/metal tin and other.
2.2kg ,3kg ,5kg,10kg,15kg or other weight in plastic pail.
3.180kg in drum.
4.All the weight can be packaged according to customer requirements.
