Multi-Purpose Lithium grease is a multi-purpose grease known for its durability, high viscosity and stability. It is designed to provide long-lasting protection, energy savings and protection against oxidation, corrosion, temperature extremes and wear.

● Lithium soap thickeners ensure good mechanical stability so the grease structure will not soften or crack in use.
● Excellent water resistance means the grease stays in place in wet environments without being washed or sprayed off, reducing the need for frequent reapplication.
● Good oxidative stability extends grease life, providing optimum lubrication, prolonging equipment life and reducing the need for maintenance.
● Available in NLGI grades 1, 2, 3 and 4 to meet the requirements of different applications.

Application

● Widely used in industrial and automotive applications where load bearing properties are not required.
● Lubrication of chassis points (e.g. unbuckles, tie rod ends, steering knuckles, control arms and pins), motors and water pumps in cars, buses and trucks.
● General lubrication of roller bearings, automotive wheel bearings (with drum brake systems) and plain bearings for light duty operation.
● Temperature range -20°C to +180℃

Usage Notice
1. Place the grease in a ventilated room with suitable temperature. Prevent dust and impurities from entering after opening, and cover the barrel after use.
2. Clean the lubricated area before use and do not mix it with other greases.
3. Do not use after heating and melting. Avoid bringing in water and impurities when loading grease.

Package
1.250g/500g/1kg in plastic bag /cartridge/plastic pail/metal tin and other.
2.2kg ,3kg ,5kg,10kg,15kg or other weight in plastic pail.
3.180kg in drum.
4.All the weight can be packaged according to customer requirements.
